OUR PROCESS
Clinical Diagnosis of Clients
This is made after the client undergoes an interview process with the clinician and diagnostic procedures are carried out.
Provision of Outpatient Treatment Plan/Strategy
This is carried out by the multi-disciplinary team. After an assessment is carried out on the client, a treatment plan is worked up from the problem statements identified by the respective professionals. This comprises of goals, objectives and interventions.
Counselling Services for Clients & Their Loved Ones
This entails scheduling therapeutic sessions with the clients and family members. This is targeted at improving the social wellbeing of the individual/client.
Referral to Residential Rehabilitation Centres
Some clients would require residential treatment based on their clinical presentation and functionality. We have strong partnership with residential centers which offer different cost, comfort and services.
